CASA DEL OLIVO
This natural, boho bliss lost in the Marbella suburbs, has become an embodiment of Zoco Home’s aesthetic values.
Paying homage to a pure Mediterranean lifestyle, Casa del Olivo has become the ideal holiday home, being both beautiful and practical.
The idea behind this project was to make the most of the architectural foundations and create flowing spaces that are in tune with the surroundings, maintaining a breezy and natural feel across the home.
We wanted this home to feel like an escape, not something generic. Something that makes you feel like your life is a never ending holiday. That is the feeling we wanted to build. Walking into Casa del Olivo, is like being woken up in Ibiza by a fresh summer breeze.”
EL RANCHO
The renovation and interior design of this project has given it a new lease on life! Originally a modest but spacious 70s townhouse in Benalmadena with great potential for transforming into a contemporary holiday home.
Taking inspiration from Scandinavian style homes we have formed the new foundations, making the most of the space and distribution and softening with Boho and Ethnic decoration to liven up the space and provide soul.
Above all, we have loved seeing and delivering the final result to our happy clients!
VILLA MARBESA
Amongst a sea of silent roads and conventional modern homes by the coast, you will find Villa Marbesa, a haven for pure Scandinavian design and Ethnic decoration. One of our most impressive and innovative renovations to date belongs to this home!
The before and after of this home is truly shocking, you can really see the amount of thought and effort that has gone into bringing the client’s vision to life. With a familiar and continuous line of soft forms, natural wood and black features, the harmony in this home is second to none.

EL TESORO
El Tesoro, an old but unique house by the sea, risen up into a breezy, state of the art beachside oasis.
Each space in this home will take you on a journey through the Mediterranean, with each element of design and decoration scrupulously studied and selected. Not one corner of this home is irrelevant, everything has been carefully considered to be an intrinsic part of the home as a whole.
